"Giving back to the community, doing it for the culture" This line was my first introduction to the bizarre and whimsical world of Shreesh Bakshi. Born and brought up in India, based in London there was something unusual about him that fascinated me to dive into his music. At my initial listen, the sounds were pretty straightforward and promising. But as I approached more down into his discography, a feeling of unusualness was felt. The deeper I went into his sound, the tougher it got for me to grasp his world. It was only after a few more listens that my curiosity got hold of his sound. This was my introduction to BBB.

Being not only tagged as a musician, BBB is one of the creative directors pioneering from the city of crime, Noida. When asked to describe his art, he was a little hesitant for a few seconds but replied with "Magic". Commencing his music and art journey under his homegrown collective ‘Thnax’, our young artist already solidified the base for him as an artist. His first song, Hennessey released in 2022 and his first collaborative project "Alag Soch" with WHYOU was the second step in the building of his stardom. With everything from the music to the art direction, marketing, and promotion being handled through his creative collective, Shreesh has already developed quite a name in the underground hip-hop scene. Currently living in London for higher education, the experience of other cultures and exposure has been benefiting his creative senses. Absorbing the surroundings in a manner where the understanding converts into something very meaningful and personal, this exposure has also helped in incorporating the UK drill sound into his sound, giving a desi twist. When asked about the meaning behind the stage name "BBB", Shreesh tries to keep it lowkey, gatekeeping it from the public. According to him, BBB stands for a concept rather than an objective truth, which he will explain someday to his fans. Giving a mysterious aura to his persona, he guarantees that this year 2024 will be full of statements and expressions. With him slowly taking over the sounds of the United Kingdom by being played on BBC radio and one of his songs having more than 100k streams, there is no stopping for BBB.

Talking about tapes, he shared his excitement by introducing us to his BBB tape one: Induction which is available on the internet, he informed us about his future project which is going to be a mixtape of 24-26 songs. Often praising and stating 'Seedhe Maut' as one of his biggest influences, the impact is very visible. Performing in many gigs and conducting live from Delhi, and Noida to London, from Saket Social to Westminster music festival, he shares his enthusiasm for live concerts. Having this benchmark already set up, BBB wishes to provide the world with a testimony to break these limits. In terms of culture, he talks about the current Indian landscape of culture. This sector is quite not synchronized with the working of the outer world.
